during my freshman year in college, i (sort of jokingly) told my freshman counselor that i wanted to major in "interesting things to teach my children". this came about because we were talking about bizarre linguistics classes, meteorology, dinosaurs and other things that kids frequently ask about or that kids find fascinating (apparently i am still a child, cause i find all these things interesting). well, aparently all i need is the internet.
