mexican food is one thing. mexi-cali food is another. there's a new restaurant downtown. it's that 'cool' mixed genre kind of thing. they use a lot of cilantro. it's cheap, portions are large, i'm pretty much neutral on the place, but i had to at least mention that there is another new place to eat in new haven.
