certain things are just so funny they have to be shared. (again) this is from a this american life episode entitled 'classifieds'. not only is the entire episode based on a fantastic idea: search out and hear the stories of folks placing ads in the classified section of two chicago newspapers...lost dogs, making a band, lost girlfriends, and people in transition. it's act 5 that caught my attention, especially the conversation when this man calls a dog breeder. load the clip here, and start listening at minute 44.
