ok, so that's not really the score, but that would be the score if you didn't count how long i was on hold, how permanantly irritated i am now from listening to so much classical muzak, or the fact that i have paid them so much money already i should be living in my car.)
anyhow, i win. it was a mistaken invoice, an 'error' as mike on the other end of the line called it, and it didn't even get billed yet, so i have nothing to worry about. ha!
