on my drive home from running some thrilling delivery errands, i passed east rock park. i squeaked with excitement when i saw a man ice skating on the wide icy patch created through the snow and rain cycle we've experienced lately. i happened to pass through the same park last weekend, and although not properly equipted, i skated in my running shoes. but really, on the inside i was wishing i had a pair of ice skates. i'm glad i'm not the only one who thinks it looks like a good place to skate!
